Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join their client's team in California. This supervisory role is essential for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high standards of safety and productivity. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and be committed to driving operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving.
- Implementing and maintaining efficient workflows and processes.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Managing and leading a team of warehouse staff, providing training and development opportunities.
- Conducting regular performance evaluations and addressing any issues as they arise.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring and optimizing warehouse performance metrics.
- Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Utilizing warehouse management systems to track and report on key performance indicators.
Qualifications
- Certifications required: Six Sigma, Forklift Certification.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and related software.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Work Hours
Monday - Friday, 1st Shift.

Additional Details
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year.
This is a supervisory position.
